Email aliases allow users to send email in ClearCompany from an address that is different from the actual email address associated with their user account. Users frequently use an email alias when corresponding with candidates. For example, instead of an email message displaying: "Your Name" <email@example.com>, it would display "Human Resources" <email@example.com>, even if you send the email from your personal account.

Comments
Hi there,
In the future, would removing "via ClearCompany Talent Management" be an option? The display name is extremely clunky, and sometimes confuses candidates. Some candidates are under the impression that ClearCompany is contacting them instead of our company hiring team.
Thanks,
Moira
Hey Moira at this time, removing the via ClearCompany Talent Management is not an option. I did reach out to your ClearCompany Representative, and they have added this as a feature request.
