Role Management - Interview Guide

The Interview Guide is a printable document with behavioral interview questions and more to be used during the interview. Not to be confused with an Interview Scorecard, although the two work together very nicely: the Interview Scorecard is a scorecard filled out after the interview by the interviewer, the contents of which can be used for grading and predictive performance.

Once you have sent an interview scorecard to a hiring manager or other interviewer, they will now also receive a link to an Interview Guide. The email they receive will look something like this:

To access the guide, click the link labeled Interview Guide.

If they are not already, the system will prompt the interviewer to log in.

Once the interview is complete, the interviewer can return to their email and click the link labeled Scorecard for [[Candidate Name]].

Print the interview guide: To print the interview guide, simply click the printer icon in the upper right-hand corner of the guide for a printer-friendly version.
